After putting GoalEnforcer to the test, we’ve concluded that this is an easy to use tool that will help you with setting goals and following them through. The GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus maintains the same level of user friendliness and adds some extra functionality to the mix.

Getting a 3.8MB archive onto your computer is the first step you must take, should you decided to give GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus a try. You will find an executable in the archive; run it and a setup wizard will show up and guide you through the installation process. You will get to choose the installation directory, pick if you want a desktop shortcut, and select if you want to associate .gef project files with GoalEnforcer. You will be done with the installation process in very little time.

Understanding how an application works is very important if you want to make the most of it. To understand how GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus works, just check out the tutorial you are presented with when you launch the application. If that is not enough, check out the Help file. And if that still isn’t enough, load one of the multiple example projects the application comes bundled with.

With GoalEnforcer you can easily set up a goal – create tasks, add sub-tasks, enter start and due dates, the percentage of a task that’s done, and view the status of the goal you set up (click the smiley face to see the status). You can also print out your goals and share them via e-mail.

With GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus you get all that, plus some extra features: a Hyperfocus zone (put any task you want in there), multiple view modes, a Brainstorm mode, Import from Outlook and Freemind, Export to Outlook, Freemind, Word, a calendar, a G-map (displays the whole plan), autosave and autobackup, you can pick between a blue and a gray theme, and you can prevent unauthorized access to the application by password protecting it.

Of course, by using the trial version of GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus, you do not get access to all the features it has to offer.

GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus is the hyper version of an easy to use tool for creating goals and following them through.

Pros

Simple installation process; can be installed on top of just about any Windows edition. A guide presents the functionality GoalEnforcer Hyperfocus has to offer. On top of that, there’s a Help file, online tutorials, and multiple example goals. Easily create goals and follow their progress. Many extra features compared to the Standard version: Hyperfocus Zone, calendar, themes, and more.

Cons

Limited functionality in the trial version.
